Front Porch and Covia Affiliation

Greater Impact. Greater Good.

On April 1, 2021, Covia and Front Porch united as one organization under the Front Porch name. This new affiliation combines outstanding people and resources from across California and beyond. Our shared commitment to those we serve brought us together. Maximizing our strengths as one organization will set us apart.

We believe that we’re better together. Our Front Porch management team, board of directors and 3000 employees blend the talents, expertise, and energy of both organizations to support 54 communities,  7,500 residents, and more than 6,000 participants in programs and services nationwide.

Working through the challenges of the last year has reminded us that our greatest resource is our people. Our focus on supporting residents and employees remains as strong as ever. We know that the relationships we cultivate and share will build community and strengthen us.

We’ve updated our vision, mission, and core values to guide us as we continue to meet the needs of people throughout their lives. We’re moving forward together, committed to serving current and future residents through our teamwork and collaboration.
