Wellness Programming

From your social and emotional well-being to intellectual and spiritual inspiration, we offer resident-driven, staff-facilitated activities and opportunities to pursue what’s important to you. Our programming includes a variety of exercise classes from Pilates and Tai Chi, to chair volleyball and gentle walking, and our complete fitness center is available for workouts on your schedule.
