Making an impact

We are passionate about helping people of all means live well and age well anywhere they call home. The Covia Foundation relies on the generous contributions of donors to help support well-being, social connections, and secure shelter in the communities we serve and throughout the Bay Area. Thank you for helping us make a difference.
What we support

What we support

The Covia Foundation supports innovative programs and community improvements that deliver real benefit. From our Circle of Friends to help residents who outlive their resources to our Emergency Funds program to help seniors living on subsistence incomes, 100% of each charitable dollar supports services. By supporting programs to reduce social isolation, provide for immediate needs and emergencies, and improve food security, the Foundation improves the lives of a wide range of seniors.

Ways to give

Ways to give

The Covia Foundation offers a variety of ways to support seniors — from immediate gifts of cash or appreciated stock to planned gifts that help bypass capital gains and provide you with income. We received many memorial and tribute gifts in honor of loved ones and treasured friends or family. And, of course, we are grateful for the many legacy gifts that are left to us in wills and estates.
