Skilled Nursing & Rehab
We provide custom Medicare-certified support, skilled nursing, post-surgery rehabilitation plus one-on-one physical, occupational and speech therapy and other specialized services. It’s all customized to meet individual needs and available in our care centers, located within our retirement communities.
Home Sharing
Home Match is a free program that connects community members seeking affordable housing with older adults who have extra space in their homes. Each match is personalized, with the process overseen by program staff. Home Match benefits everyone—it decreases isolation, provides housing security, and above all, builds community.
