Healthcare
With a full continuum of care, we can support you as your healthcare needs change.
Independent Living
Our apartments make it easy to live safely without assistance. You can enjoy life knowing you have access to all the activities, services, and amenities San Francisco Towers has to offer.
Assisted Living
As your capabilities change, you can depend on our personalized support services to help you as needed with meals, medication management, laundry, bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence, or other challenges. Our support staff is accessible 24 hours a day and supervised by a licensed nurse.
Care Center
For those who need 24-hour professional care for chronic or short-term conditions, our skilled nursing is located adjacent to our Health Care Center. Our professional nurses and therapists provide 24-hour supportive care and rehabilitative services under the oversight of our Medical Director.
Memory Care
San Francisco Towers Memory Care is an intimate environment designed to feel like a family home. We offer around-the-clock care for those experiencing dementia or related memory impairment. Our goal is to keep each resident healthy, engaged and protected by emphasizing routine and familiarity. Studio and companion apartments are designed for protection and comfort, with open floor plans and special features that help residents navigate their personal spaces. Occupancy is limited to ensure we are able to give each person the attention and care they deserve. We also work closely with partners and family members to facilitate strong relationships, and place great value on honoring individual preferences.

Ranging from rehabilitation and skilled nursing to restorative and hospice care at your disposal, have the confidence that comes with planning ahead. Physical, occupational, restorative, and speech therapies are offered five days a week. And for couples with differing needs, we’re here to support you both.
