Our Staff

Lita Acosta, Program Director, Marin County

Lita Acosta has been matching older adults with services, activities, and caregivers for over 16 years. As the Home Match Marin Program Director, she continues her work connecting people by matching home providers with extra rooms with home seekers looking for an affordable place to live in Marin County. Lita finds her work with older adults incredibly rewarding and couldn’t imagine working in a position where she didn’t have the opportunity to support the older adult population.

After graduating from Swarthmore College in 2015, Tori spent a year as a Fulbright Student to China, studying mosque architecture and making new friends over great food.
