Our Pricing & Application Process
We offer two contract types depending on your needs and plans for the future.
The Lifetime Agreement features a fixed monthly fee for services, amenities, and healthcare, plus priority access to health care services. The fee stays the same regardless of your healthcare needs or living situation and provides the peace of mind that comes with knowing you have access to the healthcare you need without an increased fee.
The Classic Agreement provides independent living services and amenities for a monthly fee that changes as your health care needs change. Get access to discounted health care services as needed, for as long as you need them. This agreement provides flexibility while still offering the security of a set plan for the future.
No matter what living option you choose, your monthly fee includes comprehensive services to make your life easy and enjoyable. We provide weekly housekeeping and linen service, regular maintenance, and utilities, including Wi-Fi, plus 24/7 security with an emergency response system in each apartment or cottage. Certain services are available for an additional fee, including cable TV, meal delivery, private transportation, parking, and more.
Our pricing consists of a one-time entrance fee and a monthly fee, both of which are dependent on the type and size of your independent living accommodations.
Our entrance fees start at $110,201 and our monthly fees start at $4,074.
Our application process features three distinct parts.
- Submit a community application and financial application.
- Upon financial approval, complete Medical Disclosure and submit Physician’s Report.
- Interview with our Executive Director, Medical Director, and Resident Health Services Director.
